The manager was rude and simple told her 'you need to keep going', despite that all she wanted was to cash out and move to another machine. My wife said she has never felt so disrespected as a customer before. The machine would not allow her to cash out, so they called a manager over. She had sat at a slot machine she did not understand, like pretty much every slot machine, and was trying to cash out to move on to another.
We were there about 20 minutes when my wife came and told me we needed to leave. We were on our family vacation recently and had our oldest kids watch the youngest so we could have a date night at the Casino. My wife and I like to gamble when we are able.
